Job Responsibilities

At Trafilea, design is not decoration—it’s performance.

You’ll elevate the brand, ensure consistency across every channel, and push creative boundaries by leveraging AI—while building scalable frameworks and optimizing creative processes to reach millions of customers worldwide.

This is where design meets data, AI, and scale.

• Create high-performing visual assets for marketing campaigns and digital platforms

• Design with performance in mind: iterate based on data, not opinions

• Produce multiple creative variations to support testing and optimization

• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, production, and iteration

• Collaborate with marketing, performance, and product teams

• Maintain strong brand consistency across all touchpoints

• Improve workflows using AI and automation

• 8+ years as a Senior Designer or Design Specialist (flexible for top talent)

• Experience in fast-paced, high-performance environments

• Strong portfolio in digital marketing and campaign design

• Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma

• Comfortable working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Krea, Midjourney, etc.)

• Strong visual judgment and attention to detail

• Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Fluent in English
