Lead Generation Specialist

Salary: R29 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist for a UK-based client, working fully remotely from South Africa. You will build the pipeline the sales team works from — researching target accounts, finding the right people and opening conversations that go somewhere.

This is research and outreach in equal measure. It suits someone curious enough to find the angle and disciplined enough to keep the CRM honest.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and build targeted prospect lists matched to the client's ideal customer.
• Identify decision-makers and verify contact details.
• Run outreach by email and LinkedIn to open conversations.
• Qualify responses against clear criteria before handing over.
• Keep CRM records accurate, with every touchpoint logged.
• Report weekly on volumes, response rates and what is working.

What You Will Need

• Experience with lead generation, sales research or outbound prospecting.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar research tools.
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Strong written English for outreach that gets replies.
• Persistence and a methodical approach to list building.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.
• Fully remote, based in South Africa.
• 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).
