Job Description

Roy is an innovator in AI-powered recruitment. Moving to the US at 17, he earned degrees in CS, math, and finance from Virginia Tech before working as a derivatives trader on Wall Street during the 2008 financial crisis. His recruiting career took off at SmartRecruiters in San Francisco, where he served as Head of Marketplace and helped scale the company from pre-revenue to unicorn status. He since founded Jobs for Humanity to connect underserved communities with global employers. Today, Roy leads Kanz (ka.nz), the AI recruitment copilot that has scaled to 1 million job seekers. Kanz automates recruiting and delivers vetted candidates within days. Starting in KSA, Kanz is poised to be a standard for AI-powered recruitment in the Middle East.
